Simple. Fair. Transparent

The Rules, Without the Fine Print

Sendough is built to make earning from shared links simple. These terms explain how the service works, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.

Key terms at a glance

We know Terms of Use are not exactly light reading. This summary highlights the main things we think you should know before using Sendough. It does not replace the full Terms below, but it should give you a clear idea of how the service works and the rules that matter most.

  • Sendough is for genuine recommendations to people you know, including direct messages and small private groups, not public posting, influencer-style promotion or mass sharing.

  • You must be 16 or over, based in the UK and use your own account.

  • Sign-up uses email, password and email verification.

  • You cannot earn commission from purchases made through your own Sendough links.

  • Not every retailer, product or purchase will be eligible to earn.

  • Sendough credits you with a share of eligible affiliate commission and retains a portion to operate the service.

  • Earnings are not withdrawable just because a purchase has tracked. They may remain pending while the retailer or affiliate partner validates, settles or pays the commission.

  • Your available balance can be reduced if a retailer later cancels, refunds, returns, declines or adjusts a transaction.

  • If a negative adjustment arrives after money has already been paid to you, it may be recovered from future Sendough earnings rather than by automatically debiting your bank account.

  • You can currently request a withdrawal once your available balance reaches £5. Withdrawals are manually reviewed before payment.

  • Fraudulent, automated, misleading, public, mass or otherwise non-personal promotional use may result in temporary suspension or permanent account closure.

The full Terms below contain the complete rules that apply when you use Sendough.

Terms of Use

Last updated: 7 September 2026

These Terms govern your use of Sendough.

Sendough is operated by Tree Hub Farms Ltd, company number 15431060, registered in England and Wales with its registered office at:

61 Bridge Street
Kington
HR5 3DJ
United Kingdom

In these Terms, “Sendough”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tree Hub Farms Ltd trading as Sendough.

By creating a Sendough account or using the Sendough service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to them, you should not use Sendough.

What Sendough does

Sendough allows eligible UK users to turn genuine product recommendations into trackable Sendough links.

Where a retailer is eligible for affiliate commission, Sendough may convert or redirect the link so that a qualifying purchase can generate commission.

If we receive commission from an eligible purchase attributed to your Sendough link, we will credit you with your share of that commission in accordance with these Terms.

Sendough is intended for genuine personal recommendations to people you know. It is not designed as an influencer, creator, public-posting or mass-promotion platform.

Who can use Sendough

To use Sendough you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • be based in the United Kingdom;

  • provide accurate account information;

  • have access to a valid email address and complete email verification; and

  • have a UK bank account if you wish to receive earnings.

You may only create and operate one personal Sendough account unless we expressly agree otherwise.

You must not create accounts on behalf of other people or use false or misleading information.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your Sendough account secure.

You must tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has gained unauthorised access to your account.

We may require you to complete verification or security checks before allowing certain activity, including account access, account changes or payment of earnings.

You must ensure that the information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.

Where supported, you may choose to enable Face ID, Touch ID or another device-based quick-login method. This is an optional way to re-authenticate and does not replace your responsibility to keep your device and account secure.

Genuine private recommendations only

Sendough is designed only for genuine product recommendations shared privately with friends and family.

Sendough links should be shared through private messages or small private groups where you are making a real recommendation to people you know.

Your use of Sendough must remain personal, private and genuine. Promotional, automated, misleading, unsolicited or otherwise non-personal use is outside the intended use of the service and may result in account review, temporary suspension or permanent closure.

Your own purchases

You must not use your own Sendough links to earn commission on purchases made by you.

Purchases made through your own links are not eligible for Sendough earnings.

We may remove or adjust earnings attributed to self-purchases or other transactions that breach this rule.

Eligible links, retailers and purchases

Not every retailer, link, product or purchase will be eligible to earn commission.

Eligibility can depend on matters including:

  • whether Sendough has an eligible affiliate route for the retailer;

  • the retailer or affiliate partner’s rules;

  • the product or category;

  • the country or market;

  • the use of voucher codes, cashback services, loyalty schemes or other affiliate links;

  • whether tracking works correctly; and

  • whether the retailer later validates, cancels, returns, declines or adjusts the transaction.

A link being converted by Sendough does not guarantee that a commission will ultimately be earned.

If a retailer is not currently supported, Sendough may allow you to continue sharing the original retailer link without an earning opportunity.

Affiliate partners and tracking

Sendough currently works with affiliate partners including Skimlinks and Awin, as well as participating retailers and other services used by those partners.

Affiliate tracking determines whether a purchase is attributed to a Sendough link. Tracking can be affected by cookies, app/browser behaviour, other affiliate or cashback links, voucher codes, retailer rules and technical factors outside Sendough’s control.

We cannot guarantee that every purchase will track or be accepted by a retailer or affiliate partner.

How earnings are calculated

For an eligible transaction, Sendough credits you with a share of the affiliate commission generated and retains a portion to operate the service.

Your Sendough earning is calculated from the commission information reported to us by the relevant affiliate partner and is shown in your account in pounds and pence.

If the underlying commission is later changed, reduced or reversed, your Sendough earning will be adjusted accordingly.

We may change how future Sendough earnings are calculated where reasonably necessary. Any change will apply prospectively and, where it materially affects users, we will provide reasonable notice.

Pending, confirmed and available earnings

Affiliate earnings pass through different stages.

Pending earnings are tracked transactions that are not yet withdrawable. They may still be awaiting retailer validation, the end of a returns period, affiliate-network settlement, payment to Sendough or another required check.

Confirmed earnings are earnings Sendough has treated as sufficiently settled to count towards your confirmed balance. A transaction may still be corrected later if a retailer or affiliate partner reports a valid reversal, return, chargeback or other adjustment.

Available earnings are the amount of your confirmed balance currently available to request for withdrawal after taking account of matters such as previous or pending payouts and confirmed negative adjustments.

Retailers and affiliate partners commonly allow time for returns, cancellations and fraud checks before commission is settled. There may then be a further delay before Sendough receives the money.

As a guide, earnings may commonly take around 90 to 180 days from the purchase date to become available, but some transactions will take more or less time.

Returns, cancellations and later adjustments

If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, declined, charged back or otherwise adjusted, the retailer or affiliate partner may cancel or reduce the commission.

If that happens, we may cancel or reduce the related Sendough earning.

A partial return may result in only part of the earning being reversed.

A valid negative adjustment may reduce your available balance immediately once Sendough receives authoritative information from the affiliate partner.

If an adjustment is reported after the related earnings have already been withdrawn or paid to you, we may apply the shortfall against future Sendough earnings. Your withdrawable balance may remain at £0 until the shortfall has been recovered from later earnings. Sendough does not automatically debit your bank account merely because an affiliate partner later reports a negative adjustment.

Payments and withdrawals

You may currently request a payment when your available Sendough balance reaches at least £5.

Payments are made to your nominated UK bank account. You must provide accurate:

  • account holder name;

  • sort code; and

  • account number.

Withdrawal requests are manually reviewed before payment. We may review the supporting transactions, account history and fraud or compliance signals before approving a payout.

A withdrawal request may be delayed, rejected, cancelled or returned to your available balance where necessary to investigate fraud, account security, transaction adjustments, incorrect bank details or another legitimate issue.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect bank details provided by you, although we will take reasonable steps to help investigate payment problems.

Minimum payout

The minimum payment amount is currently £5.

Balances below £5 will remain in your Sendough account until your available balance reaches the minimum threshold.

We may change the minimum payout amount in future where reasonably necessary. If a change materially disadvantages existing users, we will provide reasonable notice before it takes effect.

Missing or disputed earnings

Affiliate tracking is not always perfect.

If you believe an eligible purchase should have generated earnings but does not appear in your account, contact support@sendough.com.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction.

Whether a missing transaction can be added depends on the information available to us and whether the relevant retailer or affiliate partner accepts the claim.

We cannot promise that every missing transaction can be recovered.

Fraud, misuse and compliance review

You must not attempt to obtain earnings dishonestly, artificially or in a way that breaches these Terms or applicable affiliate-programme rules.

Prohibited activity includes:

  • creating or operating multiple accounts without our agreement;

  • using false identities or account information;

  • manipulating clicks, shares or transactions;

  • buying through your own referral links;

  • arranging artificial or sham purchases;

  • using bots, scripts or automated systems to create activity;

  • using Sendough outside genuine private recommendations to friends and family;

  • sending unsolicited, automated or misleading promotional messages;

  • knowingly exploiting errors or technical weaknesses;

  • interfering with tracking technology;

  • abusing retailer promotions or affiliate programmes;

  • providing false information to Sendough; or

  • encouraging another person to participate in fraudulent or prohibited activity.

We use automated checks and manual review to identify activity that may need investigation.

A review flag does not automatically mean that wrongdoing has occurred. We consider relevant circumstances before taking permanent account action where reasonably practicable.

Temporary suspension

We may temporarily suspend your account where we reasonably believe this is necessary to:

  • investigate suspected fraud or misuse;

  • investigate use that appears inconsistent with genuine private recommendations;

  • investigate a self-purchase or other misuse concern;

  • protect Sendough, affiliate relationships or other users;

  • investigate disputed transactions;

  • prevent security risks; or

  • investigate a potential breach of these Terms.

While suspended, you may still be able to:

  • log in;

  • view your dashboard;

  • view historic shares;

  • view existing earnings; and

  • view your account information.

While suspended, you may not:

  • create new monetised Sendough shares;

  • use Share Again to create a new share;

  • request a withdrawal;

  • change bank details;

  • change your email address;

  • delete the account; or

  • perform other sensitive account changes while the review remains open.

A temporary suspension does not automatically mean that you have done anything wrong. If the concern is resolved, we may reinstate the account.

Permanent closure by Sendough

We may permanently close an account for compliance reasons where, for example:

  • you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms;

  • we reasonably determine that the account is being used fraudulently, unlawfully or in serious breach of affiliate-programme rules;

  • continued operation of the account creates a material security or commercial risk;

  • you repeatedly use Sendough for public, mass or prohibited promotion;

  • we are legally required to close it; or

  • another serious reason makes continued access inappropriate.

A compliance closure blocks further login and use of the account. We may revoke sessions and device re-login credentials and retain financial, fraud-review and audit records where reasonably necessary.

Permanent closure does not automatically erase valid financial records or prevent us from dealing correctly with legitimate outstanding balances, adjustments or legal obligations.

Closing your own account

You may delete your Sendough account through the account area of the app. If you cannot access the app, contact support@sendough.com.

When you delete your account, access credentials are revoked and personal information we no longer need is deleted or anonymised.

We may retain information that is still reasonably necessary for purposes such as tax, accounting, outstanding earnings, transaction adjustments, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.

Deleting your account does not necessarily remove every transaction or audit record immediately.

Inactive accounts

If your account has no meaningful activity for approximately three years, we may contact you to ask whether you wish to keep it open.

If you do not respond, we may close the account.

Where you have available earnings, we will take reasonable steps to notify you and allow you to claim them before closing the account.

We may retain records relating to unpaid earnings after account closure where necessary to allow a legitimate payment claim to be honoured.

Unclaimed earnings

We do not automatically take ownership of legitimate available earnings merely because you have not withdrawn them.

If your account becomes inactive while you have an available balance, we may contact you using the contact information associated with your account.

We may retain the minimum records necessary to identify and honour legitimate outstanding balances after an account has otherwise been closed.

Any future change to the treatment of long-term unclaimed balances will be made in accordance with applicable law and communicated clearly before it affects existing balances.

Changes to retailers and affiliate partners

Sendough relies on third-party retailers, affiliate networks and technology providers.

They may:

  • change commission rates;

  • change attribution rules;

  • exclude products or categories;

  • suspend or end affiliate programmes;

  • change payment schedules; or

  • stop working with Sendough or its partners.

These matters are outside Sendough’s direct control.

We may therefore add or remove retailers, change supported links or alter earning opportunities without prior notice where necessary to reflect changes made by third parties.

Availability of Sendough

We aim to keep Sendough available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

We may occasionally need to suspend or limit access for maintenance, upgrades, security, technical problems, changes to third-party services or matters outside our reasonable control.

We will try to minimise unnecessary disruption.

Changes to Sendough

We may update, improve or change Sendough over time. This may include adding, changing or removing features.

Where a change materially affects your existing rights or the way your earnings are handled, we will provide reasonable notice where practicable.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time because of changes to Sendough, affiliate partners or retailers, legal or regulatory requirements, fraud or security risks, or other operational reasons.

We will update the Last updated date when these Terms change.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before it takes effect where appropriate.

Intellectual property

Sendough and its website, app, branding, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Tree Hub Farms Ltd.

You may use Sendough only for its intended personal purpose.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit Sendough or its technology except where the law expressly allows you to do so.

Retailer names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the recommendations and messages you choose to send.

You must use Sendough lawfully and responsibly.

You must not use Sendough to send unlawful, abusive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory or unsolicited content.

You are responsible for complying with any laws or rules that apply to your own sharing activity.

Tax

You are responsible for determining whether any tax is payable on earnings you receive through Sendough.

Individual circumstances differ, and Sendough does not provide personal tax advice.

You should seek independent advice if you are unsure about your tax obligations.

Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.

We are not responsible for a retailer or affiliate partner failing to pay commission, rejecting or reversing a transaction, or changing its affiliate programme where that matter is outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful for us to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Third-party retailers

Sendough helps you share links to products sold by third-party retailers.

Sendough does not sell those products to you or to the person receiving your recommendation.

Any purchase is made directly from the relevant retailer and is governed by that retailer’s own terms, including its delivery, returns, warranty and refund policies.

Sendough is not responsible for the quality, safety, description, delivery or performance of products sold by third-party retailers.

This does not affect any separate rights you or the purchaser may have against the retailer.

Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains how we collect and use personal information when you use Sendough. You should read it alongside these Terms.

If part of these Terms is invalid

If a court or other competent authority decides that part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

No waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that we have waived our right to enforce it later.

Transfer of Sendough

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a sale, transfer or reorganisation of Sendough or Tree Hub Farms Ltd.

Any transfer will not reduce the rights you have under these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

You can bring legal proceedings in the courts that have jurisdiction under applicable UK consumer law.

Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of Sendough.

Sendough is operated by Tree Hub Farms Ltd, company number 15431060, registered in England and Wales with its registered office at:

61 Bridge Street
Kington
HR5 3DJ
United Kingdom

In these Terms, “Sendough”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Tree Hub Farms Ltd trading as Sendough.

By creating a Sendough account or using the Sendough service, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to them, you should not use Sendough.

What Sendough does

Sendough allows eligible UK users to share product links with friends and family.

Where a link is eligible for affiliate commission, Sendough may convert or redirect that link so that a qualifying purchase can generate commission.

If we receive commission from an eligible purchase attributed to your Sendough link, we will credit you with your share of that commission in accordance with these Terms.

Sendough is intended for genuine product recommendations between friends and family. It is not designed as an influencer, creator or mass-promotion platform.

Who can use Sendough

To use Sendough you must:

  • be at least 18 years old;

  • be based in the United Kingdom;

  • provide accurate account information;

  • have a valid UK mobile number;

  • have access to WhatsApp for account verification; and

  • have a UK bank account if you wish to receive earnings.

You may only create and operate one personal Sendough account unless we expressly agree otherwise.

You must not create accounts on behalf of other people or use false or misleading information.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your Sendough account secure.

You must tell us promptly if you believe somebody else has gained unauthorised access to your account.

We may require you to complete verification or security checks before allowing certain activity, including account access or payment of earnings.

You must ensure that the information associated with your account remains accurate and up to date.

Genuine recommendations only

Sendough is designed for genuine recommendations to people you know.

You may share the same link with more than one person, but you must not use Sendough primarily for:

  • influencer or creator-style promotion;

  • mass distribution of links;

  • paid advertising;

  • spam;

  • unsolicited messages;

  • automated posting;

  • posting links primarily for the purpose of generating commission rather than making a genuine recommendation; or

  • any other activity that we reasonably consider inconsistent with the intended personal-use nature of Sendough.

Excessive or promotional use may result in your account being reviewed, restricted, paused or closed.

Where reasonably practicable, we will consider the circumstances before permanently closing an account.

Your own purchases

You must not use your own Sendough links to earn commission on purchases made by you.

Purchases made through your own links are not eligible for Sendough earnings.

We may remove earnings attributed to self-purchases or other transactions that breach this rule.

Eligible links and retailers

Not every retailer, link, product or purchase will be eligible to earn commission.

Eligibility depends on factors including:

  • whether the retailer is supported;

  • whether affiliate commission is available;

  • the retailer’s or affiliate partner’s own terms;

  • the product or category purchased;

  • the use of discount or promotional codes;

  • tracking and attribution;

  • the country or channel used;

  • whether the order is later returned, cancelled or refunded; and

  • any exclusions applied by the retailer or affiliate partner.

We do not guarantee that any particular retailer, product or link will generate earnings.

Retailer availability and commission rates may change at any time.

Tracking and attribution

For a purchase to generate Sendough earnings, it must be correctly tracked and attributed to your Sendough link.

Affiliate tracking is operated using technology provided by Sendough and third parties such as Skimlinks, affiliate networks and participating retailers.

Tracking may fail for reasons outside our control.

For example, your recommendation may not be credited if the person receiving your link:

  • clicks another affiliate link before buying;

  • visits another cashback, voucher or rewards site;

  • uses tracking-blocking technology;

  • changes device or browser;

  • deletes or blocks relevant tracking data;

  • waits beyond the relevant retailer’s attribution period; or

  • completes the purchase in a way that the retailer does not attribute to your link.

In many cases, affiliate commission is awarded to the most recent eligible referring link before the purchase. This means another affiliate or cashback link used after your Sendough link may replace Sendough as the credited referrer.

We cannot guarantee that every purchase will track.

Eligible purchases

An eligible purchase is a transaction that:

  • follows a valid Sendough link;

  • is made with a supported retailer;

  • is successfully tracked and attributed;

  • meets the retailer’s and affiliate partner’s rules;

  • is approved by the retailer; and

  • generates commission that is ultimately payable to Sendough.

A purchase is not eligible merely because somebody clicked a Sendough link before buying.

Returns, cancellations and refunds

Earnings initially shown in your account may be changed or cancelled if the underlying order is:

  • cancelled;

  • refunded;

  • returned in full or in part;

  • determined to be fraudulent;

  • found to be ineligible; or

  • otherwise rejected or adjusted by the retailer or affiliate partner.

If only part of an order is returned or refunded, the associated earnings may be reduced.

How earnings are calculated

Retailers and affiliate partners pay Sendough commission for eligible transactions.

Sendough keeps a portion of that commission for providing the service and credits the remainder to you.

The amount you receive may vary depending on:

  • the retailer;

  • the product;

  • the commission rate available to Sendough;

  • adjustments made by the retailer or affiliate network;

  • currency conversion;

  • rounding; and

  • other transaction-specific factors.

The amount shown as your final available earning is the amount payable to you after Sendough’s share and any applicable adjustments have been taken into account.

We do not guarantee a fixed percentage of the underlying affiliate commission.

Pending, confirmed and available earnings

Your Sendough account may show earnings at different stages.

Pending earnings are transactions that have tracked but have not yet completed the retailer’s approval and payment process.

Confirmed earnings are transactions that have been approved by the retailer or affiliate partner but may not yet have been paid to Sendough.

Available earnings are earnings for which Sendough has received the corresponding commission and which are available for you to withdraw.

Retailers commonly allow time for returns, cancellations and fraud checks before approving commission. There may then be a further delay before the retailer or affiliate partner pays Sendough.

As a guide, earnings commonly become available around 90 to 180 days after the purchase, although some transactions may take more or less time.

Sendough makes your share available for withdrawal once we have received the relevant commission.

Payments

You may request a payment when your available Sendough balance reaches at least £5.

Payments are currently made to a nominated UK bank account.

You must provide accurate:

  • account holder name;

  • sort code; and

  • account number.

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect bank details provided by you, although we will take reasonable steps to help investigate payment problems.

We may delay a payment while we complete reasonable fraud, security or account-verification checks.

If you believe an eligible purchase should have generated earnings but does not appear in your account, you may contact support@sendough.com.

We may ask for information reasonably necessary to investigate the transaction.

Whether a missing transaction can be added depends on the information available to us and whether the relevant retailer or affiliate partner accepts the claim.

We cannot promise that every missing transaction can be recovered.

Fraud and misuse

You must not attempt to obtain earnings dishonestly or artificially.

Prohibited activity includes:

  • creating multiple accounts;

  • using false identities;

  • manipulating clicks, shares or transactions;

  • self-referrals;

  • arranging artificial or sham purchases;

  • using bots, scripts or automated systems to create activity;

  • knowingly exploiting errors or technical weaknesses;

  • interfering with tracking technology;

  • abusing retailer promotions or affiliate programmes;

  • providing false information to Sendough; or

  • encouraging another person to participate in fraudulent activity.

We may use automated and manual checks to identify potentially suspicious activity.

Account restrictions and suspension

We may temporarily pause or restrict your account where we reasonably believe this is necessary to:

  • investigate suspected fraud or misuse;

  • protect Sendough or other users;

  • comply with legal obligations;

  • investigate disputed transactions;

  • prevent security risks; or

  • investigate a potential breach of these Terms.

Where appropriate, we may also temporarily hold earnings while an investigation takes place.

A temporary restriction does not automatically mean that you have done anything wrong.

Closing your account

You may ask us to close your account at any time by contacting support@sendough.com.

We may close your account where:

  • you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms;

  • we reasonably determine that the account is being used fraudulently or unlawfully;

  • continued operation of the account creates a material security risk;

  • we are legally required to close it; or

  • the account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with our inactive-account policy.

Where reasonable and appropriate, we will provide notice before closing an account.

Closing an account does not automatically cancel legitimate earnings that had already become payable to you.

Any future change to the treatment of long-term unclaimed balances will be made in accordance with applicable law and will be communicated clearly before it affects existing balances.

Changes to retailers and affiliate partners

Sendough relies on third-party retailers, affiliate networks and technology providers.

They may:

  • change commission rates;

  • change attribution rules;

  • exclude products or categories;

  • suspend or end affiliate programmes;

We may occasionally need to suspend or limit access for:

  • maintenance;

  • upgrades;

  • security;

  • technical problems;

  • changes to third-party services; or

  • matters outside our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes may be necessary because of:

  • changes to Sendough;

  • changes to affiliate partners or retailers;

  • legal or regulatory requirements;

  • fraud or security risks; or

  • other operational reasons.

We will update the Last updated date when these Terms change.

If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to bring it to your attention before it takes effect where appropriate.

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you agreed to these Terms.

We are not responsible for a retailer failing to pay commission, rejecting or reversing a transaction, or changing its affiliate programme where that matter is outside our reasonable control.
